To do list

After 10 days away from home I look forward to getting back to my routine.

I’ve missed my hours of genealogy research and reading obituaries of relatives close and distant.

With the rain and storms which took place in our absence I often thought about my two sister cats and how stressed they get when it thunders. I suspect that they will be happy to see us and will forego their snubs they sometimes give when we have been away.

I look forward to tending to my neglected garden and rearming for my battle against the squash bugs and weeds.

My youngest also presented me with a task of listing travel places in my life which should be included on their bucket lists. I’ll give it some thought a list a travel destination now and then.

I might just get away on my own and do some fishing.

The summer is zooming by and it will be fall before we know it.  It really is true that the older we get the faster time flies by so we best use it wisely.
